CD&H, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Safety Supervisor to join our team. We’re an established industrial contractor committed to safety, quality, and performance on every project. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and enforce all job site safety programs, policies, and procedures
Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Lead safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks for crews and subcontractors
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and ensure proper reporting and corrective actions
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and clients to maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards
Maintain accurate documentation and safety records
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Knowledge of OSHA 1926 and 1910 standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to travel to job sites around Wichita and the surrounding areas
Certifications preferred: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, CHST or similar
