- 3-5 Years of project management experience in manufacturing, problem solving and collaborating with multiple departments and managers to ensure project success
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to engage customers at all levels and manage every aspect of a project from concept to start up
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, CAD is a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge and background in welding/fabrication
- Attention to detail to exceed customer expectations
