- Assist in the implementation of the approved curriculum and develop supplemental activities if necessary
- Report discipline concerns to the Lead Teacher
- Partner and communicate with parents as we work together to provide a safe place and excellent education for their children
- Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment for children
- Help reinforce rules of behavior for children
- Assist kids with bathroom breaks and handwashing as well as at meal and snack times
- Manage the room and teach lessons when the lead teacher is absent
- Assist Lead Teacher in posting updates, pictures and more to Brightwheel
- Attend all required trainings, meetings, and daycare events
- Promote StoneBridge and it’s activities as appropriate to families
- Fulfill all other assignments from the Assistant Daycare Director
