As a Collision Repair Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing vehicle damage, providing accurate repair estimates, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine repair needs
- Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software
- Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, customers, and technicians
- Coordinate repairs and parts ordering to ensure timely and efficient service
- Provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed and updated on repair progress
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Collision Repair Estimator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in collision repair estimation software and industry standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- This position pays between 45-60K annually
